Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
